I have been a customer of Wright Way for many many years. I've had all types of things done, from routine services to replacing batteries, brakes, radiator flush and just recently an engine replacement due to a faulty block from the car manufacturer. They work well with insurance companies and warranty companies. Always great work. One thing I like is the follow-up they always do after having any kind of work done. They check to make sure everything is okay and that you are satisfied with your vehicle's performance. Most.places don't do this. Always friendly and respectful personnel. I trust them completely and will keep on taking my vehicles there.

I was delivering someone to be picked up and ferried to get a rental car, but we talked to the young lady who just happened to be making notes of the damage to his vehicle when we arrived. She was very helpful in answering his questions, made notes about items he asked to have the repair team address, and pointed out where the rental car representative was parked. Good, friendly service, in my opinion!

Clearly broke down what would be done, sent me different quotes to spread out a major job, and was patient.

Had to get an oil change, they were very quick and the price was cheaper than other places.

Our car was towed here after an accident. These people were amazing on the phone and in person. You just don't meet alot of people in business anymore that seem to enjoy what they're doing and treat customers with respect.

I had a great experience here! A deer took the front end off my new Telluride, and I was so nervous about having my insurance company send me to a specific shop, but my worries were for nothing. Got in quickly for a scratch repair to the rear bumper. Work was completed the day after I dropped it off, and I can't even tell there was ever any issue. In fact, it looks better than when I bought the vehicle! Will absolutely come back for future needs.

I've never had a bad experience with them and I have nothing but good things to say. We've had all of our vehicles serviced here for a couple of years now from oil changes to a few major repairs.
